User roles

There are three user roles with varying access levels.

User role	Conduct checks	Download reports	View dashboard	Manage users	Manage teams	Manage checklists
End-user	✅	✅
Team admin	✅	✅	✅ - only for their team	✅ - only for their team
Agency admin	✅	✅	✅ - for the entire agency	✅ - for the entire agency	✅	✅

Agency/Team admins will have access to the admin portal via the sidebar. The admin portal is currently accessible on tablet or desktop only.
