Add existing users / Amend user roles

There may be situations where an existing user may need to be onboarded on multiple teams. However, the invite link will not work for existing users.

Agency/Teams admins should follow the following steps:

In the 'Users' page, search for the user's name.

Click on the pen icon to access the 'Update user' sidebar.

Agency/Team admins can decide the user role.

However, only Agency admins can grant other users with Agency admin privileges. This can be done by switching the toggle on.

The user is now added to the team with their assigned role.
