Submission status

Active checks

Users are provided a quick overview of the submission status for all Active checks for the day. This ensures transparency and accountability across the team. In addition, each check will have a status tag.

'Active checks' page

There are four types of status:

Status (Active checks)	What this means
Submitted	The check was submitted within the scheduled window.
In progress	The check has been started, but not submitted yet.
Not started	The check has not been started.
Skipped	The check has been skipped with a reason provided. Note: The 'Skip' feature is only available on a whitelist basis. Agency admins must reach out to the Armoury team to enable it.

Past checks

Users are provided a quick overview of the submission status for all Past checks. This ensures transparency and accountability across the team. All checks will be sorted according to the submission status upon the deadline.

'Past checks' page

There are three types of status:

Status (Past checks)	What this means
Completed	The check was submitted within the scheduled window.
Missed	The check was not submitted within the scheduled window. Note: All checks left in the “In progress” and “Not started” statuses will be marked as “Missed”.
Skipped	The check has not been started.
