FAQ

Where can I get an invite code?

If you encounter the error message below, reach out to your Agency/Team Admins as only they can generate invite codes via the admin portal.

I’m an existing Armoury user being added into another team. Why doesn’t the invite code work?

The invite code only works for new users to the platform. For existing Armoury users, Agency/Team Admins will need to search for them in the “Users” tab of the admin portal and add them to their team.

Why can’t I submit my check?

All questions in the checklist are mandatory. As such, ensure that all questions are answered before attempting to submit the check.

Why can’t I publish or save changes to my checklist?

This could be due to several reasons.

1. Missing building blocks

In the 'Create' page, ensure that the Template and Page names are filled. Pages and sections must also include at least one item.

2. Error message: “Please fix all validation errors and retry”.

In the 'Settings' page, ensure there is at least one issue status label added.

3. Error message: “2 root list templates cannot have the same name”.

Checklist template names must be unique.

My check is due at 12pm and I had completed my check earlier at 10am. However, I need to update something. What should I do?

You will need to click on “Restart check” and redo the entire check. Your check will be marked as “In progress” until you re-submit it. If this new check is not submitted before 12pm, it will be considered as “Missed”.

Syed is currently working on a 24-hour shift (1 April 8am to 2 April 8am). Tim will be taking over from Syed. As the outgoing crew on 2 April, Syed submits his check at 7am. What happens if Tim starts a check at 7.30am on the same checklist?

The check would initially have been marked as “Completed” since Syed submitted it at 7am, which was within his shift. However, when Tim restarted the check at 7.30am, it was changed to “In progress” within Syed’s shift. If this new check was not submitted before 8am, Armoury would mark Syed’s check as “Missed”.
