Assign check

Now that you’ve created your checklist, it’s time to assign it to the teams who should be using it. In the ‘Assign team and schedule’ page, you will be required to complete several actions:

Enter name

The name should be specific to the entity that the team is required to check. Examples include:

  • Vehicle/Callsign - PL111, LF222

  • Facility - Ward 55

  • Building - Lazada One

You may also provide additional information about the check. This could be special instructions to the specific team.

Assign team

Only teams in your agency can be selected. If you do not see a team, you should create it first. Learn how to manage teams.

Set schedule

We support Twice a day, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly schedules. Learn how to schedule.
