Report generation

Armoury generates two types of reports to help users ensure in monitoring readiness and compliance:

1. Daily PDF Report

2. Monthly CSV Report

Daily PDF Report

The Daily PDF Report can be downloaded as soon as the check is submitted.

It will indicate the users who responded to each question under the 'Submitted by' column and the final user who submitted the check at the top of the document.

Photos uploaded will be consolidated in the same report.

Monthly CSV Report

The Monthly CSV Report of a specific checklist can be obtained by viewing its history.

Steps to view a checklist's history

Every submission will be captured with a timestamp. This includes checks that were restarted and resubmitted within the same scheduled window.
