Create checklist
Think of the checklist as a template or single source of truth that your users will be checking against. This is especially important when your users come from different parts of the agency and you need to ensure everyone is using a standardised checklist.
In the 'Create' page, you will be required to give your checklist a Template name. You may also provide brief information about what it is for.
A checklist has the following hierarchy of building blocks:
Page
This is a first-level compartment.
Example: Checklist is for checking a storeroom with three shelves.
Pages needed: Shelf 1, Shelf 2, and Shelf 3
Section
This is a second-level compartment. This is useful for grouping a set of questions or items together.
Example: Shelf 1 contains first aid medical supplies and firefighting supplies.
Sections needed: Section 1 (First Aid), and Section 2 (Firefighting)
Item
This is the specific item to check or question to answer. Items can be added within or outside a section.
Example: Section 1 (First Aid) includes specific items such as gauzes and plasters.
